Something New Brewing!

It’s been deeply heartwarming talking to young people, their parents, leaders and educators about the positive impact “Your Guide to Adulting” has had on the confidence, direction and purpose of its readers. Thank you for supporting this book!

The Guide should be re-read over the years as you experiment with the concepts and develop your own perspectives as you mature. It was designed to stimulate engagement and reflection because life requires honesty, patience and intentional planning. Seeing how different people connect with the material made me realise the impact needs to leap off the pages and into more classrooms, living rooms, and meeting rooms on a regular basis.

I’m excited to share I have developed a card deck that helps you take the themes from “Your Guide to Adulting” and bring them into your conversations and journalling. There are 31 affirmation cards and 80 question cards because there is always so much to talk about in the realm of adulting!

I’d love to hear from you!

Please share a question that reflects either:

  • the important topic(s) you want to discuss with the young people in your life? or

  • that you would have wanted to discuss with your elders as you were growing up?

You can drop your question in the comment section / via email: rumbi@genzim.com / via WhatsApp.

Some of the most important conversations we crave can be difficult to initiate.

These cards will bridge that gap. They are for everyone: the young and the young at heart who are seeking to improve themselves with humility to learn from others and curiosity to explore their inner world.

I’ve heard a lot of parents and leaders say their young people don’t read: these cards will introduce the book’s topics and invite those youngsters to explore their development areas.
