I’m a finance executive specialising in fintech, currently serving as a board member at GoTyme Bank SA. Before that, I spent years as Executive Director for Sub-Saharan Africa Debt Capital Markets at J.P. Morgan, helping raise over US$35 billion for corporates and governments across the continent.

But a career in high finance left me asking a harder question — who is preparing the next generation to take the baton?

That question led me to write two books, a journal, and a deck of conversation cards guiding young people through the transition to adulthood. Because the “village” that once nurtured many has developed significant gaps — and I want to help close them.

The thread connecting all of it is strategy: whether advising on a mobile platform solution, contributing to a board decision, or helping a young person map their first career move, the questions are always the same — Where are we going? What do we need to get there?
